LISTEN: Understanding UV & Pollen Indexes

In the warmer months, if you have allergies, asthma, or another respiratory condition, it is recommended that you check the pollen and mold counts for the day. And if you plan to be ouside, protect your skin by checking to see the intensity of the UV rays.
